They wasted no time in quickly assessing the furniture and boxes to be moved. Then the loading began and they were like a well oiled machine. There was no messing about, wanting to stop for breaks or time wasting. They cracked on and loaded up. Once at the the end they were equally as professional. We have a narrow stairwell which had caused me some concern when we bought the house. But the guys took it all in their stride and got us in without any issue and with no damage or scratches to anything. We chose Alexander removals after getting quotes in from five different removal companies. They were by no means the cheapest but we were impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the young man that came to do the survey. On the day of the move they arrived on time and Baz looked around the house to see how his team were to manage the move. They soon had protective coverings on the carpets and got underway. We had to have two Luton vans as we were on a narrow private drive and access was not easy. They took great care of all our belongings. We had to wait some time at the other end before receiving the keys which they did with great patience. They then worked like Trojans to unload the vans. How he managed to get everything in the two vans was amazing. Great care was taken with all our furniture and boxes. Nothing was broken or damaged. And they had to travel over 200 miles to our new house. Was very impressed on how quickly they got it all unloaded as well.
